    Connect the inbox where invites land

    Sign in with Google or Microsoft and connect your mailbox. Sub Bid Pro only reads mail — it can't send, change or delete anything.

    Every invite becomes a row

    Job name, GC, due date and project address are read from SmartBid, BuildingConnected, iSqFt, Procore, PennBid and GCs who email you directly. Addenda, date changes and reminders update the same job instead of adding a new one, and anything that needs a second look gets a caution flag.

    Track what you send and what you win

    When you email a proposal, Sub Bid Pro matches it to its invite and reads the price from your PDF or Word file. Award letters and notices to proceed are flagged so you can confirm the win in one click.
