Terms of Service | Hoffman Contracting

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sub Bid Pro, a product of Hoffman Contracting Services ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

Sub Bid Pro is a bid-tracking tool for commercial trade subcontractors. It connects to your Gmail account (with your permission) to identify bid invitations and submissions, tracks their status, and presents them in a dashboard.

2. ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

Sub Bid Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available at subsautomation.com. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from Settings; you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

4. YOUR DATA AND GOOGLE ACCESS

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Sub Bid Pro to read messages and attachments related to bid activity, and, if enabled, to create folders and upload files to your Google Drive. You may revoke this access at any time (Section 6 of our Privacy Policy). You retain ownership of all data in your connected Google account; we access it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the service's operation; or use the service to process data you are not authorized to access.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the product evolves.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that bid data extracted from your emails will be complete, accurate, or free of errors — always verify critical bid details (amounts, due dates) against the original source documents.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoffman Contracting Services and Sub Bid Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service — including any missed bid, incorrect bid amount, or missed deadline resulting from parsing errors, sync delays, or service interruption.

10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
